How do I place an order?
Add a jar to your cart and continue to checkout, or message us directly on WhatsApp with the size you want and your delivery pincode. We confirm availability and dispatch time before anything is charged.
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, bank transfer and cash on delivery are all available. For larger orders we also accept a direct bank transfer against a proforma invoice.
Can I order several jars at once?
Yes. Add as many jars as you like to the cart, or message us with the quantity and we will prepare a single consolidated invoice.
Do you offer a monthly subscription?
Recurring monthly deliveries are on our roadmap. For now, message us on WhatsApp with your preferred size and month, and we will keep you on the list.

About the ghee
What exactly is in the jar?
One ingredient: ghee made from the milk of our own herd. There are no preservatives, no flavouring, no vegetable oil blend, and nothing else added at any stage.
What does Bilona method mean?
It is the traditional way of making ghee from curd rather than from cream. Milk is set into curd, then churned slowly until the butter separates and the ghee rises clear. It takes longer and gives a distinctly curd-like aroma.
Is this ghee suitable for children?
Our ghee is a traditional whole-milk product with no additives, and is commonly used in Indian cooking for children. If you have a specific dietary or medical concern, please speak to your doctor first.
Why does the colour vary slightly between jars?
Because it is a natural product made in small batches. The shade of gold changes a little with the season and with what the herd has been eating. A deeper gold in winter is exactly what we expect.

How long does delivery take?
Metro cities usually receive orders in 2 to 3 working days, and other locations in 4 to 6. We dispatch on the day the order is confirmed unless you ask us to hold it.
Do you ship outside Andhra Pradesh?
Yes, we ship across India. Because ghee is a perishable food item, some routes may take an extra day. Message us with your pincode and we will confirm before dispatch.
How should I store the jar?
Keep the lid tightly closed and away from direct sunlight. Ghee is stable in a cool, dry kitchen and does not need refrigeration, though refrigeration will keep it firm for longer.
How long does it stay fresh?
About nine months unopened. Once opened, it stays good for several months if the jar is kept closed and away from heat.
